If you would like to review a particular page of the course, please click on the Course Overview button. It will take you to a comprehensive table of contents with shortcuts to each individual page of each lesson.

During the course you will have the opportunity to participate in group exercises and classroom discussions.

Whenever the Classroom Exercise button is shown in the tool box on your left you will be asked to access the classroom forum for a particular exercise. It will take you to a particular topic in the classroom forum or in some cases to an individual exercise form.

The classroom forum is a very important part of the training course.  One of the unique features of web-based training is that you will find a lot of answers and insights in the discussion forum provided here.

Make sure that you take the time to interact with the other course participants. You will learn as much or more from the other participants as you will from the course content. The best case studies are those real-life examples from other course participants. The box below the "Access Classroom  Forum" icon will display the current status of the course.

Every participant can add to the topics at any time. Just as with other global, virtual teams folks may work in different time zones. Before you continue your lesson every day please make sure to review the forum for new ideas and insights. The discussion topics will stay open throughout the course.

To access you may use the Access Classroom Forum button at the top left of the pages at any time. It will take you to the index page of the classroom forum.

The Detail button will open a window with supplementary information relevant to the particular topic. Real life examples or background information which will illustrate the particular point made.

The Self Test button will open a test form where you can confirm your acquired knowledge. At the end of the course we will use this feature to provide you with a certificate of successful participation which will also be sent to you by mail. All test results remain strictly confidential and will be deleted aft the course. Self test results are only visible to you.

If you have a question on a particular topic, please click on the Question to Instructor link provided on each page. It will open a new message to me in your default e-mail program.
