I hold a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University, Karlsruhe, Germany. I am certified PMP by the Project Management Institute since 2003.  I’m a certified Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Green Belt.

Starting my career as a production engineer in manufacturing I soon found my passion in the project world. For over 15 years I have been leading capital projects for Dow, a major global chemical company based in the U.S.

In this function I have made key contributions in improving work processes utilizing six sigma methodology and tools.

As senior project manager with broad experience in engineering and manufacturing I have a career track record of successfully managing over 50 capital projects in the chemical industry, ranging from small to multimillion $ capital across the globe.

Before founding my own business I was leading a multimillion $ project to build a petrochemical plant in Louisiana, U.S.A. from the conceptual phase to successful start-up. The project was completed in budget on time in the very challenging gulf coast labor market right when hurricanes Katrina and Rita hit the area.

Since I always enjoyed coaching, training and working with a diverse group of people I decided to found my own business in 2008 as education provider for best in class project management practices and add value to the project management profession.

I will coach and lead diverse project teams to success in a demanding environment.
